Within 1 business day, IST business hours (Monday–Friday, 09:00–19:00 IST). Saturday and Sunday: best-effort, often within 24h.
Urgent payment or account issues? Reply to your last receipt email so we can locate your account quickly.
What to include
The faster we can reproduce your issue, the faster you get a fix.
- Your email or username (so we can find your account)
- What you were doing when the issue happened
- What you expected to see
- What actually happened
- Screenshots, screen recordings, or error messages (if you have them)
Known issues
Limitations we're aware of. Updated with each deploy.
- Beta status: UpdataMind is in private beta. Free-tier limits apply (Resume / Skill Gap / Roadmap / LinkedIn / GitHub: 1 per month each; Job Search: 5 per month; Coaching: 5 per day; Profiles: 1 max). Tier-based gates may evolve before public launch.
- PDF export: Currently available to all beta users. Will be gated behind the Pro tier once paid plans go live.
- Paddle billing verification pending: Our payment processor is finalizing business verification, so paid plans are not yet live. Free-tier access remains fully functional. We'll email you when checkout opens.
- Image-only / scanned PDFs: Resume parsing extracts text only. Flattened image-only PDFs may not parse; re-export your resume as a text-based PDF if you hit this.
